BOXING BOOT CAMP is a combination of high intensity, outdoor training which incorporates different aspects of a boxers program. It is 5 weeks of intense training that will give you serious results.

Boot camp runs for 15 sessions over 5 weeks and is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 6am. It is run completely outdoors (rain hail or shine!). It is designed to give you maximum results in a short period of time, whether that maybe increasing fitness, losing weight, having more energy or reducing stress.

Frequently asked questions;

Do I need to be fit to do Boot Camp?

Of course not, that's why you are coming to us. On day one of the course we put all participants through a basic fitness assessment; this will give each individual the opportunity to better their results over the 5 week period. At the end of the course everyone will go through the exact same test so that they can compare the two results and receive a certificate of their achievement.

Who will your instructors be?

The boot camp will be taken by two instructors, Claire & David. Both are qualified personal trainers with years of experience - both in and out the boxing ring. They are highly motivating individuals who know what it takes to get you fit!

What do I need to bring to each session?

You will need to wear comfortable, light workout gear with appropriate shoes you can run in. Also bring a full water bottle and a small towel for afterwards. You will be given a Boxing Boot Camp T-shirt on your first day which you may wear.

As there will be a boxing element to some sessions it is important to always bring your gloves and or wraps. If items do not get used in the session they will be locked securely in one of your trainers cars.
