Boxing or Sparring Gloves are a heavier glove and are designed specifically for the more serious trainer. They range from 6oz (great for the girls) to 16oz, the heavier the glove, the more padding it carries. If preferred, sparring gloves may be used for boxing classes as they give more protection to the wrists and knuckles. These gloves range in price depending on brand and whether they are vinyl or leather.
